Exclusively at Coogee you'll find soft, golden 'maritozzi' - iconic brioche buns - generously filled with sweet and savoury fillings, one-metre-long Roman 'Pizzas del Giorno' and for the first time, a selection of rotating toasties. Including all the usual sweet and savoury baked goods, including sourdough made with NSW flour, focaccias and croissants – with flavours changing every day.
Celebrated bakery, Fabbrica Bread Shop, will open a second site with our sights set on the beaches. Head Baker Aniruddha Bhoseker and Sous Baker Alyce Bennett will bring a distinctly Roman element to the offering at Coogee.
